What physical and mental changes have you seen since starting CrossFit?
I know the difference between a barbell and a dumbbell! I do CrossFit at 5:15am and tell myself “this will be the hardest physical thing you’ll do all day – put in 100%.” Then when something complicated comes up at work, I think, “well at least this isn’t an overhead squat”.
