Anthony, What physical and mental changes have you seen since starting CrossFit?

Physically my endurance and strength have increased significantly (it is easy when you can only lift the bar on your first day).

 Mentally, I use to get nervous that I couldn’t complete the workouts when I first started.  I would get hung up on the weight suggested for the exercise knowing I could not lift it. 

Once I learned that doing the lower weights in the exercise for my skill level didn’t make you less of an athlete, the workouts definitely were better.  Also, CrossFit has been a great stress reliever for my line of work.
