Recon Athletics is a youth focused strength and conditioning program. This program is for kids 11-15 and will be centered on learning and performing the basics of weightlifting and conditioning as well as safe exercise habits. Developing skill in weightlifting and proper technique at an early age can boost athletic performance, prevent injuries and most importantly instill healthy living habits. Within this program the athletes will be doing regular CrossFit workouts. Recon Athletics will be scaled and tailored to each individual athlete.
