October's Athlete of the Month

This is a long overdue nomination for one of our most dedicated members. Charlotte consistently comes to the gym 5-6 days a week, is a staple at the 6:15 pm class and almost every weekend Open Gym. We could go on and on about the traits and qualities that make Charlotte not only a phenomenal CrossFit athlete and  arguably one of the most coachable athlete’s our coaching staff has had the pleasure of working with, but I think every member of the gym already knows that. Charlotte defines the saying, age is only a number. Let be serious, she can run circles around alot of us. She is a perfect example of someone who has had some nagging injuries but is open minded about it, knows how to scale appropriately and has been able to train safely and consistently for a long time by simply modifying when necessary. For these reasons and many more, Charlotte has been named October’s Athlete of The Month!
