August's Athlete of the Month

Jeremy started with us in May of 2017 on a 2 day a week membership and has been a testament to the fact that if consistent, even doing CrossFit 2 days a week provides tremendous benefit to your overall health and fitness. We have watched Jeremy consistently get stronger and become more confident and competent in movements such as the technical olympic lifts and gymnastics skills. Within the last few months, Jeremy has become a new father, and on top of having a newborn, decided to switch to a full unlimited membership. He's not only taking on the task of being a father to a newborn, but also kicking his fitness routine into the next gear. Jeremy is a great example that if you are willing to make time for your health, there is time to be had.
