August's Athlete of the Month

Steve is a staple at the 5:15am class and always comes ready to work. He never lets Bill not signing up for class, or Brian’s morning banter distract him from the day's training session. Steve comes from a personal training background and it shows in his form and technique. Steve is a perfect example of how you should progress in the training methodology of CrossFit. He always scales appropriately and because of that, consistently progresses in his training, avoids injury and fine tunes his skills .  For these reasons and many more Steve has earned August’s Athlete of the Month.
